Captain's Trophy - Saturday 6th July This year’s Captain's Trophy was a very close affair with the top four players all scoring 40 points. After countback it was last year’s winner Nimish Shah who retained the trophy. Second place went to Nick Palmer with Tony Peaty in third followed by Graham Liggat in fourth. Countback was also required to separate two players on 39 points vying for the two remaining sweep positions, and it was James Mister who finished in fifth place with Paul Marsh in sixth. There were six two’s recorded and they were scored by Lee Poulter x 2, Terry Smith, Stephen Gill, Jonty Rowe and Brendan Devlin. Each two was worth £15.00. |
